ZEN AND CHRIST

ZEN is a path of spiritual practice and realization. At ZEN Master Ken, Christ stands at the center of this journey. Through the teachings of Jesus, we explore liberation, spiritual rebirth, union with God, and the deeper meaning of human existence.

THE PATH OF ZEN

The Four Forms of ZEN

ZEN can be practiced through different approaches. Each path begins from a different human capacity, yet all seek a deeper realization of truth and liberation.
